HERB DUERR - PRESIDENT

Mr. Duerr is Chairman and President of Patriot Gold Corp. He is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in base and precious metals mineral exploration, including extensive exploration background in the state of Nevada. Mr. Duerr has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Florida Atlantic University. He has been involved in major mineral discoveries in North America and the Caribbean including the Alligator Ridge deposit (Nevada), Montana Tunnels (Montana), and the Cala Abajo (Puerto Rico). Mr. Duerr is also the President of Desert Pacific, Inc and an officer in MinQuest, Inc and Nevada Mine Properties II. His experience includes identification, evaluation and acquisition of base and precious metals deposits with an emphasis in the United States, Central America and the Caribbean.

ROBERT COALE, MetE., MSc., PEng., REA, MBA - DIRECTOR

Mr. Coale has been a Director of Patriot Gold Corp since June 2003. He has also been a Director of Giant Oil & Gas Inc., a publicly traded natural gas exploration company since April 2004. He is a Professional Engineer with two engineering degrees (1963 - MetE. - Colorado School of Mines, 1971 - MSc. - University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa) and an MBA from the University of Minnesota (1982) and has over 45 years of resource related business and management experience. Mr. Coale is currently an independent consulting engineer specializing in mineral processing and natural gas fueling systems including development of projects for converting low-grade or stranded natural gas sources into liquefied natural gas.

JARED BEEBE - DIRECTOR

Mr. Beebe, is an exploration geologist with over 20 years of experience working in the mining industry. He is currently a Senior Geologist working on contract projects in Quebec and Mexico. Prior to his current projects, he worked for Soho Resources in 2006 and 2007, Globex Mining in 2006, Scorpio Mining in 2005 and from 1999 to 2004 he worked as a researcher at the University of Quebec. Mr. Beebe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado, in 1981. He is a member of the Association of Applied Geochemists, the Geological Society of Nevada, the Ordre du Géologues du Québec, and the Society of Economic Geologists.

DENNIS LANCE - DIRECTOR

Mr. Lance is an exploration geologist with more than 35 years of domestic and international experience in base and precious metals exploration. Mr. Lance has an extensive background both in field and management positions, and has worked for such companies as Phelps Dodge Corporation, Houston Oil and Minerals and USMX Inc. For the past decade, Mr. Lance has acted as a geological consultant to mining exploration companies. Mr. Lance earned a B.A. in Earth Science from California State University, and attended Graduate School at the Mackay School of Mines (University of Nevada).
